I am a seasoned business professional with extensive experience in innovation, digital transformation, and business design.

At Versett Brussels, I started as a junior business developer and worked my way up to Senior Business Unit Manager. Today, I am reporting directly to the country leader, and the COO. I am currently responsible for exploring the maturity of companies 'digital transformation.

In my previous role at PwC, I launched a new service and delivery center that provided innovative solutions to large corporations, start-ups, and scale-ups in Luxembourg.

Digital Agency Experience

As an accomplished sales and business development leader, I have a proven track record of building strong long-term relationships with customers, proactively identifying new business opportunities, and expanding strategic partnerships. In my role, I have developed and delivered effective sales strategies, mentored and trained sales and recruitment teams, negotiated contract terms, and supervised merger and acquisition activities. Additionally, I closely collaborate with legal, accounting, and billing departments to ensure successful project completion on time and on budget.

Corporate Experience

I demonstrated a deep understanding of business design and digital transformation, as evidenced by my success in launching a new service and delivery center in Luxembourg. My ability to work closely with Marketing, Communication, IT, and Business teams to lead the Experience Center and support key clients of PwC through internal and external workshops highlights your strong communication and collaboration skills. In addition I gained experience in discovering pain points, brainstorming new solutions, and working on innovative topics.

While working in a call center of Telenet, I showed dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction and retention is a testament to my empathy towards customers. My ability to keep the retention rate up to 95% and search for new ways to connect with customers and strengthen relationships shows that I truly cared about their needs and wants.
